01.ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using Eroteme ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
02.PLATFORM DESCRIPTION
Eroteme is an AI-powered prediction market platform integrated with Polymarket. Users can:
>Share predictions on Polymarket markets with video or text analysis
>Build blockchain-verified prediction track records
>Receive tips from viewers in crypto or via credit card
>Manage USDC funds with gasless wallet features
>Mint, buy, and sell encrypted intelligence as Intel NFTs
03.ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using Eroteme, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
04.WALLET CONNECTION & ACCOUNTS
To use Eroteme, you must sign in with an email (Magic wallet) or connect a compatible Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet). You acknowledge that:
>A smart account on the Polygon network is created for fund management
>Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
>You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys
>Eroteme does not have access to your private keys or wallet funds
05.FEES & PAYMENTS
The Platform may charge fees on certain transactions:
>Tips: No platform fee on tips sent to prediction creators
>Deposits: Third-party payment processors (e.g., Transak) may charge their own fees for card purchases
>Transfers: USDC transfers from your smart account are gasless and free of platform fees
>Intel NFT Sales: Platform fee of 5% on transactions; 10% creator royalty on secondary sales
Tipping and Intel NFT transactions are conducted in USDC on the Polygon network. Intel NFT transactions are also conducted in ETH on the Ethereum network. Gas fees apply to Ethereum transactions.
06.SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTO-RENEWABLE PLANS
Eroteme offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

>Pro: $12.99/month — 30 credits per month, up to 10 credit rollover, personalized feed, confidence threshold controls
>Elite: $34.99/month — 100 credits per month, up to 10 credit rollover, AI ensemble weight tuning, per-category signal weights, priority analysis generation, and everything in Pro
>One-Time Credit Packs
In addition to subscriptions, you may purchase non-recurring credit packs. These are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew:
>10 Credits: $7.99
>30 Credits: $19.99
>100 Credits: $49.99
>Billing & Renewal
>Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
>Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
>Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
>Subscription prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase
>Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions
>You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play)
>Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until then
>No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
>Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You will not be charged during the free trial period, and you may cancel at any time before it ends to avoid being billed.
07.CONTENT & PREDICTIONS
7.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of all prediction analysis, videos, and text you publish on the Platform. By posting content, you grant Eroteme a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.
7.2 Accuracy: Predictions and analysis shared on the Platform represent personal opinions. Eroteme does not verify the accuracy of any predictions and they should not be treated as financial advice.
7.3 Content Guidelines: You agree not to post content that:
>Violates any laws or regulations
>Infringes on intellectual property rights
>Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
>Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
>Constitutes market manipulation or intentional misinformation
7.4 Platform Rights: Eroteme reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
08.INTEL NFT OWNERSHIP & TRANSFERS
The Platform allows users to mint encrypted intelligence ("Intel") as NFTs, and to buy and sell Intel through fixed-price listings or auctions. When you purchase an Intel NFT, you own the NFT itself but not necessarily the underlying intellectual property. NFT ownership grants you:
>The right to view decrypted content (after proper re-encryption)
>The right to resell or transfer the NFT
>The right to display or reference ownership of the NFT
The creator is responsible for re-encrypting content for new owners after a sale. If re-encryption is not completed within the deadline, buyers may claim a 98% refund.
09.RE-ENCRYPTION & ACCESS
When Intel is sold:
>The seller must re-encrypt content for the buyer using the buyer's public key
>Re-encryption must occur within 7 days of the sale
>98% of the sale price is held in the smart contract until re-encryption is complete
>If re-encryption is not completed by the deadline, the buyer can claim a refund
>For Intel requests, the requester automatically owns the NFT and can access content immediately
10.USDC & FUND MANAGEMENT
Your USDC funds are held in a smart contract and/or your smart account on the Polygon network. You can:
>Deposit USDC via crypto transfer or card purchase through Transak
>Transfer USDC to any external Polygon wallet (gasless)
Eroteme is not a custodial service. Funds in smart contracts are governed by on-chain code. While we strive for security, you acknowledge the risks inherent in smart contract-based systems.
11.DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
No Warranties: The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Not Financial Advice: Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, or gambling advice. Predictions are user-generated opinions. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
Technical Risks: You acknowledge the risks inherent in blockchain technology, including:
>Smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities
>Network congestion and failed transactions
>Loss of wallet access or private keys
>Regulatory changes affecting cryptocurrency or prediction markets
>Third-party service outages (Polymarket, Polygon, Transak)
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eroteme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including any loss of funds.
12.PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:
>Use the Platform for any illegal purposes, including illegal gambling in your jurisdiction
>Use bots or automated tools to gain unfair advantages
>Create fake accounts or impersonate others
>Spam, harass, or abuse other users
>Attempt to exploit smart contract vulnerabilities
>Reverse engineer or attempt to hack the Platform
13.THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Platform integrates with third-party services including:
>Polymarket: Prediction market data and resolution
>Polygon: Blockchain network for smart contracts and USDC transactions
>Magic: Email-based wallet authentication
>Transak: Fiat-to-crypto on-ramp for card deposits
>Pimlico: Smart account infrastructure and gas sponsorship
>Ethereum & Infura: Blockchain network and RPC provider for Intel NFT transactions
>Pinata (IPFS): Decentralised storage for encrypted Intel content
>Chainlink: Oracle service for ETH price feeds
Eroteme is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of these third-party services. Each service is governed by its own terms and policies.
14.PRIVACY & DATA
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
15.TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion. Upon termination, any pending transactions will be resolved according to their smart contract logic, and you may still claim any funds owed to you.
16.CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
17.GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

19.SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eroteme regarding the use of the Platform.
By using Eroteme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
